All prices displayed exclude VAT and shipping costs. During the online purchase process, shipping fees and VAT are calculated on the quote before confirmation and payment.
Products invoiced to individuals are subject to VAT in the delivery country.
Products delivered to European businesses that can provide a valid intra-community VAT certificate are invoiced excluding VAT (intra-community delivery mode). Transactions are reported to authorities on a monthly basis.
All stock orders and production orders under €1,000 must be paid in full. Production orders over €1,000 require a 50% advance payment, with the balance to be settled once the order is completed and ready to be shipped from the factory.
Megzo tiles are handcrafted in our Moroccan atelier. We manage import and logistics to our distribution hub.
Orders are then shipped from our hub to the customer.
We work with specialized international logistics carriers experienced with artisanal materials, though customers may choose their own carrier.
The tiles are carefully packaged to protect their surface and glaze. Tiles are placed in cardboard boxes with paper dividers.or placed in reinforced cardboard boxes. All shipments are secured on wrapped and reinforced pallets.
Delivery times provided online and by our representatives are estimates based on averages. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

The carrier will inform the recipient (customer or delivery contact person) when the goods are ready for delivery. The delivery date must be scheduled within 5 business days of this contact, or storage fees may apply. Once a delivery date has been agreed upon, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is on-site to receive the delivery.
Goods are delivered curbside at street level and/or at a location accessible by a truck up to 12 tons with a lift gate. It is the customer’s responsibility to indicate if there are any issues: pedestrian streets, difficult access for transport vehicles, etc.
We are not responsible for, nor do we organize, the unpacking of pallets or the transfer of boxes to the construction site or upper floors. Our service does not include special unloading/permits, extras, or additional fees for being unable to deliver with the truck in which it is loaded (3.5 to 12 tons).
Transport insurance is available upon request.
The maximum storage period for an order at the factory, free of charge, is 2 months from the end of packaging. After this period, storage fees of €3/business day/pallet + VAT are charged to the customer. An email notification will be sent.
Established in accordance with European regulations, merchandise returns apply only to stock orders, not to tiles or items specially manufactured according to your specifications.
The right of return applies to the price of the tiles and not to shipping costs. For factory stock orders, return shipping costs to our hub are the customer’s responsibility.
Stock tiles may be returned only within 30 clear days after the date of receipt or pickup of the product.
Returns are accepted only on unused tiles. We accept only unopened boxes in good condition.
Tiles must be returned perfectly packaged with the pallet protected (packaging similar to factory shipping packaging) to avoid any damage during transport.
Returns must be requested in writing, including photos of the boxes.
Refunds will be processed once tile inspection has been confirmed, and the merchandise is deemed compliant and in good condition.
Megzo can assist with quantity calculations, but the quantities indicated on the order form are the buyer’s responsibility.
The quote established via our website or sent by our sales team serves as the sales contract and includes: color images of selected tiles, quantities, financial and delivery details. Payment is equivalent to acceptance of the sales contract and our terms of sale.
We provide installation and maintenance instructions in PDF format sent by email, by phone, on our website, or in videos. However, responsibility is strictly limited to the supply of tiles.
We are not responsible for errors or poor practices during installation, cleaning, or floor maintenance. Claims or returns are not accepted once tiles have been installed.
MEGZO handmade tiles including zellige, terrazzo, and terracotta feature variations in tone, texture, size, and finish due to manufacturing processes and the nature of the products. Each tile is unique. These characteristics are an integral part of the product’s charm and will not be considered valid reasons for return or refund.
